Rodney has an extensive professional work history within human services. Ranging from Mental health, community based , drug and alcohol services, anger management, domestic violence sector with victims and perpetrators of violence.

He currently does youth justice counselling with young offenders and cultural diversity training and awareness groups. He has experience working with indigenous communities. Rodney was instrumental in setting up a rugby team for young indigenous youth in SA. which now enters an annual competition held in Sydney.
