By enrolling in courses or becoming a member of the Clinical Counselling Center (CCC), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in courses and your membership with CCC.
2.1. Courses are available for enrolment on a per-course basis. You can choose to enrol in a specific course by making a
one-time payment of $55 per course.
3.1. CCC offers a 12-month membership subscription that provides access to multiple courses and benefits.

4.1. If you opt for the monthly payment plan and decide to cancel your membership within the first month, you agree to the cancelation rates as per clause 4.3.
4.2. If you choose to cancel your membership after the first month, you agree to pay either:
5.1. Your membership and access to courses commence upon CCC's issuance of course login details.
5.2. CCC reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to courses if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any improper conduct.
6.1. Refunds for course enrolments will be granted if an application for cancellation is submitted within 14 days of confirmation of enrolment.
6.2. Refunds for OPD workshops and courses will be provided as follows:
6.3. No-shows for live workshops or courses are not eligible for refunds, but all relevant materials will still be made available.
6.4 Refunds for Supervision Training - Refunds may be available in full for requests that are made no later than 14 days before the commencement of the Training. Refund requests submitted within the 14 day period will be considered under extreme circumstances but may still be subject to deductions as per our terms of agreement with the venues.
6.5 CCC does not issue refunds in the event that the accreditors of our programs alter the terms of their accreditation framework. CCC will endeavour to update our programs to meet the requirements of the accrediting bodies to keep them current.
Our Program is currently Accredited by PACFA.
As ACA does not accredit supervision training, the RISE UP Model of Supervision Training is designed to meet, and continues to meet the requirements needed to become a member of the ACA College of Supervisors.
7.2. CCC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through the CCC website or other appropriate means.
7.3. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and CCC and supersede any prior agreements, written or oral.
Please review these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in courses or becoming a CCC member. Your continued participation indicates your acceptance of these terms.
The RISE UP training is organised and delivered by Independent, externally approved supervision facilitators, not by the Clinical Counselling Centre.

CCC reviews video content and its relevance to ensure the highest possible standards, however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the independent content provider to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and of an appropriate standard before being published by CCC. Your individual CCC account provides you with access to a range of resources and services, including course content,certificates, your learning dashboard, and more. To access the resources portal, you will require:·

Up-to-date internet browsing software (e.g. Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome)·
PDF Reader (to open/download PDF files).Access to courses is only available to courses you have completed an enrollment form for, via your online student login.
