In this course, you will explore the role of counselling in EAPs, the types of services offered, and the benefits of implementing an effective EAP program. By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of how counselling can help improve the mental health and well-being of employees, maximise productivity, enhance the overall culture of an organisation, and provide qualified, experienced counsellors with extra income.
